FANCY A DANCE?

I have over 10 years experience of facilitating dance and movement sessions, in a wide range of styles and demographics.

Classes include:

• Contemporary Dance (Release/ Cunningham inspired)

• Contemporary Floorwork

• Ballroom

• Latin American

• Wedding 1st Dances (bespoke choreography to your chosen song for your wedding day!)

• Creative/ Improvisation classes

• Curriculum linked dance for PE lessons- Primary and Secondary schools

• Falls prevention classes for aged 65+

• Classes/ creative sessions/ choreography for vocational programmes such as CAT training programme, FE and BA programmes.

I have taught for all ages from baby classes to sessions aimed at dancers 65+.

I have an Enhanced DBS and I am fully trained in First Aid, Fire Safety, Safeguarding Children and Young Adults. I am a Mental Health First Aider.
